Please show me the interoperability...

I've never had a so long blogging pause in the past, but unfortunately (or fortunately? ) in these days I'm really busy with projects and with tech talks (plus the orrible ADSL problem that is again live!).

In these days I've collect many customer feedbacks around the Microsoft Dynamics world (and the new Microsoft platform in general) and the common denominator is this: customers knows that the Microsoft Dynamics platform is extremely powerful and flexible, but they need to have a clear vision of interoperability between products and platforms.

The key to make a succesful product demonstration to your customer seems to be always more the ability to show an integrated platform, to show that with Microsoft you have a complete modular architecture that can satisfy his business and that can rapidly grow for future new business requirements (the ability to be adaptable).

So, why not making a demo where you use Dynamics CRM for your marketing, MOSS for document management and approval and then Dynamics NAV for the ERP side (order management and finance process)? I'm sure than a scenario like this can turn on the light on your customer's eyes...

Partners should work on this I think, but I've also officially requested to friends inside Microsoft to have demonstration materials (VHD images for example) to show the interoperability. We'll see what happens...
