Today it's the first working day after my summer holiday. As usual, tons of emails from customers was waiting me, so today was a full day.
Unfortunately in these days I'm really angry with my service provider. I've an ADSL connection at home that doesn't work from 4 days and the ISP actually has not solved the problem yet (it's not a problem of my hardware but it's a network problem). I don't know why there are so many non-technical people that works for large ISP in Italy: I can agree that they doesn't cost you too much, but they're also not able to solve problems and they help only to create angry customers.
If the problem will persist, I think I'll decrease my level of education with them in the next days...
