To remain on the certifications theme, today I've passed the Microsoft CRM 3.0 Customization exam, my first CRM exam and one of the required to earn the competency.
The exam requires that you know well how to work with the CRM development environment (no specific .NET, CRM Web Service and Callouts questions here, there's an appropriate new exam recently released for them), that you know well how to setup a relation (the different types), how to work with custom entities, how to work with workflows, how to work with CRM reports (Reporting Services).
