How many times in the past we've asked Microsoft to release evaluations of their products on a virtual machine, in order to quickly evaluate them or present them to our customers? I think that only on my blog the messages with this content are a big number.
Finally, someone on Microsoft has listen this rumours and now it's reality with the launch of the VHD Test Drive Program: Microsoft will distribute their enterprise software and applications within a pre-built and pre-configured virtual machine (VHD format) ready to be used.
This is really wonderful and an unvaluable resource for partners. The first series of applications ready to be tested under the VHD is here.
Now a little request to Microsoft: any chance to see on this list a new VHD for Sharepoint 2007 or BizTalk 2006? 
And what about the Microsoft Dynamics products?
